Candlewood Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista by IHG

I just spent the most amazing 6 days here and will be back SOON!! The room was massive with a full kitchen - which was great to come back to a home cooked meal in the crockpot after a long day at Disney!! They no longer have a shuttle to the parks but it still is cheaper to take a LYFT than paying for parking there. The front desk was courteous and prompt to help with anything needed! I was also able to bring my two cats which was amazing and from there I had absolutely no worries just an amazing vacation! Thank you!!!!

Our stay with our family was amazing, and the hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, and perfect for a family stay. The location is excellent, close to everything, which made exploring the city very easy. I especially want to mention Brian at the front desk. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. Very friendly and approachable, and he made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, a great experience. We would absolutely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it.

Excellent stay! The staff was great! Rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. Located within 10 mins of all the parks. Free washer and dryers on site! They have everything you need!

This hotel is very clean, convenient to all the parks, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn't get to try the pool but it looks amazing. It's also very quiet. The Ac and heating system in the room is self controlled and works very well. The beds are comfortable and clean. Highly recommended. This is a great IHG hotel up to their high standards of cleanliness and guest care.

I read through the reviews after my husband booked this place and I was pleasantly surprised after reading some of them. The room was clean, but it was also very large, including a lot of counter space, a microwave, a stove, and a fridge. There is no complimentary breakfast so I suppose that's the reason for the kitchen. The hotel is close to Disney Springs and about an 8 minute drive to Epcot. The best part was the inexpensive price. However, park in the nearby parking lot and just say "no" to the additional parking fee. We have no car! We will definitely be back.

​We have stayed at this hotel three times so far and are already looking forward to returning in November! ​The hotel offers spacious rooms with excellent, comfortable beds, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff is consistently friendly and very helpful, which makes the whole experience enjoyable. ​There is only one point for improvement: the televisions are not smart TVs and therefore offer very limited streaming capabilities. We truly hope that these will be replaced with modern smart TVs in the future.

This place was clean, safe, and in close proximity to Disney parks. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. However, no one serviced our room AT ALL during our 7 night stay. We had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. I wasnt expecting service every day, but at least once to change out towels and take the trash out would have been nice
